unlock the phone and go onto the phone screen
press the menu button and pick settings
go to wifi ( think it’s the first option )
Then find your hub/router in the list and hold press it
then click ” forget network ”
then reconnect and type your WEP key in correct this time!:)

What do you think? Answer below!

Because you are not using an Apple device. That is why you cannot connect to Wifi.

silvia says:

If you MUST use WEP, try also changing “Authentication Type” to “open system” (instead of “shared key” or “both”). Worked for me.

Se você realmente tiver que usar WEP, tente mudar o “Tipo de autenticação” (“Authentication Type”) para “sistema aberto” (“open system”). Aqui funcionou.

Have you had any luck yet? The two (ahem) guys are spot on with what they’re telling you. Your sky password is case sensitive. I had the same problem and had to type mine in as capital letters. Good luck.

RL says:

OMG. You are so right. My password does not have capital letters at all- was able to connect to my S4 with no problems! Connecting to the S3- I had to capitalize all letters! Thanks so much. After going through warranty and changing sim cards- it finally works. Finally!
