if you have a pc then plug it into ur computer
for music use windows media player. go to devices after plugging in ur phone and drag and drop whatever songs u want under ur device, then click sync when ready.
for pics, plug in phone, go to my computer, copy the pic u want, click on my computer again, select ur device, my_pictures, and paste.

BMK says:

From “Applications”–> SETTINGS–>ABOUT PHONE (scroll right down to the bottom)–> USB SETTINGS
and touch MASS STORAGE.

Now plug the phone into PC/laptop using the USB cable that came with the phone.

The USB symbol will show on the phone screen, top left.
Touch the symbol and a grey flap will appear along the top of the screen, slide the flap down the screen and touch the USB CONNECTED box

Touch MOUNT on the dialogue box which appears.

Now go to your laptop and open Windows Explorer (“Windows Key” plus “E”)
The phone should show in the left pane as a new drive letter.
The memory card of the phone ( if you have one inserted ) will also show as a new drive letter.

You can now copy stuff from your laptop to folders on the memory card and also backup any photos/ videos you’ve taken to your laptop.
