Jenn My Samsung Galaxy S3 Is frozen! how can I fix it!?
Okay, So I have the Samsung Galaxy S3 for about four months now, and it was been working fine, but recently it been really slow, like not updating Facebook news feed etc, and I woke up this morning and it is frozen. I can see my home screen, but the screen is frozen and won’t let me go to the next screen and type in my password. I have taken out the battery, and turned it off. but I cannot reset it because the screen does not let me touch it. the phone did also not get wet or I did not drop it. Do you know how I can fix it? Or how much money would it cost to get it fixed!?!
Okay, so I did what you told me and know it will not select English as Language. it is not touch screen or a button. what do I do??

Pull the battery out. Hold the Home + Volume up and Power at the same time with the battery re-inserted. Wait a few seconds, a little blue text menu should pop up, use the volume keys to navigate up/down to select “Factory Data Reset”. Use the power key to select that, use volume keys to navigate to “yes” then press power again. When that is finished reboot the phone from the menu
